Learn Food Photography in Tuscany

Learn the art of food photography on our exclusive seven-day programme of sightseeing, tasting and exploring!

This is an exciting opportunity for photography enthusiasts to capture the magical world of Tuscan food and wine. Our trip begins in Florence and includes trips to photograph the food markets and food shops of central Florence. Further afield in the beautiful Tuscan countryside we will go on a truffle hunt and see how olive oil and local wine is produced. Our trip also includes a demonstration of making and shaping pasta by hand and how to make Caciotta and ricotta cheese. A local chef will also be on hand to guide us around the delights of a local farmers market before a cooking demo with locally sourced ingredients. We will be enjoying lovely food and wine as we go.

For those interested in night photography a beautiful night walk through the streets of Florence to include local points of interest will provide great photo opporuntities.

There will be plenty of opportunities each day for learning new photographic skills, review your work and have individual feedback on your work.
